Flash (the “Service”) is a mobile arithmetic training application provided by yeeun seo (the “Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is stored locally by the Service, what information may be processed by third-party services used by the Service, and the choices available to users.

Information stored locally by Flash

Flash stores certain information in platform-provided application storage, including:

• practice settings and display preferences;
• saved preset names and preset settings;
• exam progress; and
• temporary rewarded-access expiration timestamps.

On iOS, this information may be stored using UserDefaults. On Android, it may be stored using SharedPreferences or equivalent platform-provided application storage.

Flash does not upload raw problem number sequences, individual entered answers, or local learning records to a backend operated by the Developer.

Some summarized information about the use of the Service, such as session results or feature usage, may nevertheless be processed by analytics services as described below.

Platform backup, restore, or device-migration features may retain or transfer locally stored information depending on the user's device settings and operating-system behavior.

Preset names and answers are user-entered content. They are not intentionally included in Flash's analytics events. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information in preset names.

Information processed by third-party services

Third-party services may process information when their SDKs are included and enabled in a distributed version of Flash. The specific information processed may vary depending on the SDK version, device, operating system, region, user choices, and Service configuration.

Flash may use Firebase Analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve its features and reliability.

Sentry

Flash may use Sentry to identify and investigate software errors.

When error monitoring is enabled, Sentry may receive unhandled application or platform errors together with technical diagnostic information needed to investigate the error.

Flash's current Sentry configuration disables default PII collection, tracing, automatic session tracking, and automatic breadcrumbs. However, information processed by Sentry remains subject to Sentry's own service configuration, retention practices, terms, and privacy policy.

Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform

Flash uses Google Mobile Ads to provide banner and rewarded advertising.

Google Mobile Ads may process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device;
• device or application identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available and permitted;
• advertising information, such as ads displayed to a user;
• interactions with advertisements or the app;
• diagnostic and performance information; and
• other information described in Google's applicable policies and SDK documentation.

Flash does not request precise device location for the purpose of providing the Service. However, Google or other advertising providers may derive an approximate or general location from information such as an IP address.

The availability and personalization of advertising may depend on the user's region, device settings, consent status, platform permissions, and Google's advertising configuration.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may be used to present consent requests and advertising privacy choices where required.

On platforms where additional system-level permission is required for advertising tracking, such permission is handled separately through the applicable platform controls.

If advertising consent is refused, applicable permission is not granted, or advertising cannot otherwise be requested, some advertising or rewarded-access functionality may be unavailable. Free features that do not depend on rewarded advertising remain available to the extent provided by the Service.

RevenueCat and app stores

Flash uses RevenueCat to help manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, purchase restoration, and Premium entitlement status.

RevenueCat may process information including:

• purchase and subscription information;
• entitlement status;
• product information;
• application and device information; and
• a RevenueCat App User ID or similar identifier.

Because Flash does not require a user account, RevenueCat may use an automatically generated anonymous App User ID to associate purchase and entitlement information with an installation or customer record.

Apple App Store and Google Play process the underlying payments and associated store-account information. Flash does not receive or store users' full payment-card numbers.

Purchase processing is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable app store.

How information is used

Information described in this policy may be used to:

• provide and maintain the Service;
• save settings, presets, progress, and temporary rewarded access on the device;

• process purchases and subscriptions;
• determine Premium entitlement status; and
• restore eligible purchases.

Flash does not require users to provide a name, email address, phone number, contacts, or profile information in order to use the Service.

Flash also does not request access to a user's contacts, camera, microphone, or precise device location as part of its normal functionality.

This does not mean that third-party SDKs process no device information. Their processing is described separately in this policy.

If a user contacts the Developer by email, the Developer will receive the sender's email address and any information included in the message for the purpose of responding to that communication.

Flash does not operate a separate backend for storing users' raw learning records.

International processing

Children's privacy

Flash does not require users to provide their age and does not require an account or user profile.

The Service is not designed to request a child's name, email address, phone number, or other contact information as a condition of use.

The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly through Flash from children under 13, or under a different age threshold where applicable law defines a child differently.

Third-party services used for analytics, advertising, purchases, or technical operation may process device or usage information as described elsewhere in this policy.
